Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stably bond by correcting, in addition to correction of a downward warpage of a board, an upward warpage when an electronic component is mounted on the board.
CONSTITUTION: A board corrector having a plurality of correcting pins 8 on a lower surface of a plate 9 disposed above board conveying rails 2 to be vertically and laterally movable, is provided. The plate 9 is moved down from above the board 1 in synchronization with a bonding head 5, and the board 1 is pressed by the pins 8 to correct an upward warpage, and can be stably bonded.
