Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a bobbin transfer device saving the number of workers and labour in a series of bobin transfer work after a bobbin from a skid is taken up until it is discharged to a following process working section.
CONSTITUTION: This is a device to take up and carry a bobbin stored in a skid arranged in a stock yard with a transfer carriage 1 as its base between the stock yard and a following process working yard and to discharge the bobbin 2 to an optional working section 4 in the following process working yard, and it is constituted by loading a bobbin receiving mechanism and a bobbin take-up mechanism on the transfer carriage. The bobbin receiving mechanism is furnished with a bobbin pedestal 5 to respectively set bobbin take-up position and bobbin carrying position and bobbin discharge position by way of moving seesaw between the skid 3 and the working section 4, and the bobbin take-up mechanism is furnished with an arm 11 moving in a pendulum motion and a roller 17 supported by the arm 11 and rotated by way of making contact with the collar part of the bobbin 2.
