Abstract:
To provide a filling/taking-out device which fills an iron ball into a container, and takes out the iron ball from the container.SOLUTION: A filling/taking-out device 1 has: a base 2 above which a hopper H is located with a supply port 14 facing downward, and below which a container C2 is located with a valve fitting port 10 facing upward; a take-out pipe 20 (Fig. 4) which is inserted in the hopper H and the container C2, and is rotated by a motor 7. A notch 21, which takes in a ball in the hopper, is provided at an upper end part of the take-out pipe. When the take-out pipe is rotated by the motor, the ball is taken out from the notch and is taken in, and is filled into the container from a discharge hole 22 at a lower end. A ball taking-out/filling work can be performed more simply and in a shorter time than a conventional hand work. A container maintenance time is extremely shortened, and physical load and fatigue of a maintenance person are reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
