Title:
BODY IMAGE FORMATION OF PARTICLE - OPTICS DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07153408
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily restore a desired image by setting the value of a vibration function in such a manner as to have the same code over the entire defocusing range in forming an objective image. CONSTITUTION: In order to perform desired defocus changing, an exciting coil of an objective lens 8 is connected to a controller 15 for controlling excitation of an imaging lens system according to a vibration function of predetermined time dependency. The defocus is controlled in such a manner that, for example, a defocus function is stored in a storage in a mode of discontinuous values, e.g. a PCM word. The function is read out of the storage by designating an address at a given speed. Consequently, a sample of the defocus function appears in a data output of the storage at a desired speed. The defocus function can be used after digital-analog conversion.
