Title:
BOLT AND NUT FASTENING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2723493
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a series of sticking in, preliminary fastening and actual fastening by providing, in a planetary gear reducing mechanism, a soft locking means for integrally rotating both members by friction between these associatively rotated members of a planetary gear reducing mechanism.
SOLUTION: When the shaft part of a one-side bolt is engaged with the screw hole of a pillar and the fastening torque of the one-side bolt is larger than the friction force of the soft locking means 9 of a planetary gear reducing mechanism 2, a sun gear 21a locked by the soft locking means 9 and an inner gear 21c are rotated relative to each other, that is, the planetary gear speed reducing mechanism 2 normally performs its speed reducing function and rotating forces reverse to each other speed reduced to outer and inner sockets 3 and 4 are applied. In this case, since the one-side bolt is already firmly fastened to the screw hole, only a nut is fastened.
