To increase the quality of a stick by providing means which can insert and stick easily and generate no shift, even if thin plates are tightened mutually.

In a movable head bolt 1, a movable head 3 is pivoted swingably by a support shaft 4 to one side end of a screw main body 2, in which a male screw part 5 is formed upto near both tips and the right/left of the outer diameter side of its one side end are notched by a prescribed width and slantly for a longitudinal direction and its respective slant surfaces are formed as a stopper part 6 and its prescribed width as a swing part 7 respectively. When the thin plates like a mold are connected with each other, the contact surface 8 of the movable head 3 of the movable head bolt 1 is inserted into the hole of a plate member in a state contacted to the stopper part 6 and when the movable head bolt 1 is turned by 180°, the movable head 3 is swung and its tip part is hung down and formed in a state positioned in a right angle for the screw main body. Under this state, the bolt 1 is pulled back and the movable head 3 is contacted with the plate member and also a nut 13 is tightened and the plate member is tightened.
