Title:
BONDED STRUCTURE OF LAYING NONWOVEN FABRICS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001286845
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a bonded structure of laying nonwoven fabrics, which is excellent in weather resistance and is obtained by easily and tightly the adjacent nonwoven fabrics to each other so that the bonded nonwoven fabrics can be stably laid on the ground, particularly on the ground of a waste disposal plant or the like where high reliability is requested.

A monomer M of a thermosetting resin is applied to the edge part of a nonwoven fabric N on whose surface a coating film C of a synthetic resin is formed. The edge part of the monomer-applied nonwoven fabric N is superposed on that of the adjacent nonwoven fabric N. The superposed part is heated to bond the edge parts of the adjacent nonwoven fabrics, N to each other while at least a part of the film C is fused by the monomer M.
