Abstract:

PURPOSE: To certainly prevent the protrusion of an adhesive to the gaps between mesh parts by providing adhesive receiving parts to the mesh parts of a mesh plate.

CONSTITUTION: A metal mesh plate 1 having chamfered parts 1c is prepared and an adhesive 4 is printed on one surfaces of the flat parts of mesh parts 1a by screen printing using a screen 10. By this screen printing, a proper amount of the adhesive 4 can be accurately applied to the flat parts of the mesh parts 1a. Next, the glass plate 3 is prepared to be laminated to the metal mesh plate 4 having the adhesive 4 transferred thereto. In this case, since a part of the adhesive 4 is received in the space parts between the chamfered parts 1c and the glass plate 3, the adhesive 4 is prevented from protruding to the gap parts 1b between the mesh parts 1a.
