To stably supply water to medium and high-stories at low cost in any district by a boost water supply system for medium and high-rise buildings directly coupled to the main of a city water.
The suction side of a booster pump for a low story floor group is directly coupled to a city water pipe through a reverse flow preventer, and the discharge side thereof is directly coupled to the suction side of a booster pump for an intermediate story floor group. The booster pump for an intermediate story floor group is directly coupled to the suction side of a booster pump for a high story floor group. Each booster pump has a controller for independently detecting the discharge pressure thereof, and starting and stopping it or so controlling the rotational speed of the pump that the target pressure can be maintained.
