Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the buckling strength in the axial line of a bottle-shaped container after decompression, which is made of a synthetic resin and suitable for the filling of high temperature content, and to stabilize the posture thereof to enhance the line aptitude thereof.
SOLUTION: In the bottle-shaped container made of the synthetic resin having an opening part performing the filling with and pouring of content and four corners, arcuate surfaces extending along the longitudinal direction of the container main body are provided to four corners of the container main body and reduced pressure absorbing walls each having at lest one reinforcing rib are formed to the regions held between four corners to form the body portion of the container so as to more reduce the radii of curvature of the arcuate surfaces by the shape deformation of the reduced pressure absorbing walls.
