To provide a bracket for a vehicle having a cross section formed into a recessed shape by a bottom surface and side-walls extended from end parts of the bottom surface and making a nut easily mountable in the recessed part, even if the bracket is miniaturized.
In this bracket 1, a bracket body 2 formed into the recessed shape in cross section by the bottom surface 2a and the side-walls 2b extended from the end parts of the bottom surface 2a is provided, and the bottom surface 2a is fixed to a lower part of a vehicle body to be located on a lower side. In the bracket 1, an opening part 13 passing through the inside and the outside is formed in a lower end part of the bottom surface 2a or each of the side-walls 2b or a portion from the bottom surface 2a to the side-walls 2b, and a closing member 3 fixed with the nut 12 is provided. The closing member 3 is fixed at the position of the opening part 13 so that the nut 12 may enter the opening part 13 and a part of the bottom surface 2a in the opening part 13 or a part of the lower end part of each of the side walls 2b may be left as it is without being closed.
