Abstract:
The invention provides a commonly used braking device. The braking device comprises a bracket, which can be mounted on a bicycle frame; a braking drum, which can be rotatingly arranged on the bracket;a friction member, which is configured to be contacted with the braking drum; and a braking performing mechanism, which contacts the friction member with the braking drum. The braking drum comprisesa braking member, which contacts with the friction member; a connection member, which is connected with the wheel hub of the bicycle frame; and a clutching mechanism, which connects the braking memberand the connection member. A relative rotation force is generated between the braking member and the connection member, and thus the braking member and the connection member rotate relative to each other.
