Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the rate of change by controlling the inclination of the swash plate of a hydraulic pump/motor to gradually change to a neutral position where braking force is not generated by a control means so as to lower braking force on the pump side step by step.
SOLUTION: An electronic control device 15 gradually reduces the current for driving the inclination of a swash plate 44c so as to make braking force of a hydraulic pump/motor 44 due to operation of the pump for slowdown from a half to zero (a neutral position generating no braking force). A slowdown time as a displacement time reducing the drive current in order to reduce the inclination of the swash plate 44c from a half to zero is divided into two fixed times, and these fixed times are changed according to brake pressure. Hereby, because the rate of change of braking force on the pump side can be reduced following to the functional effect of the service brake side, a sense of unpleasantness can be avoided.
