To provide brake structure wherein the suction force of one electromagnetic type drive body forms directly the moving force of a brake body and be efficient and reduced in size without using a link mechanism by constituting such that each brake piece of a brake brings a brake drum into a brake and a release state by the same press operation.
Brake structure is formed such that brake bodies 14 and 15 arranged at respective output shafts 3 and 4 are brought into a normally-opened and a normally-closed state through operation of springs 21A and 21. When one electromagnetic drive body 20 is operated, each of the brake bodies 14 and 15 is brought into a closed and an opening state. A brake is engaged and disengaged according to when the electromagnetic drive body 20 is operated and when it is not operated.
