Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a branching filter, improved in both the power resistance and the filter characteristics, using a double-mode surface acoustic wave filter.
SOLUTION: The branching filter has two surface acoustic wave filters (32, 33) having different band center frequencies, and a phase matching circuit for matching the phase between the two surface acoustic wave filters. One of the surface acoustic wave filters is a ladder type surface acoustic wave filter (32), and the other is composed of a plurality of parallel connected double-mode type surface acoustic wave filters (33).
