Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability of an operation while suppressing increase in cost by achieving a bridge prevention device for preventing clogging by a bridge phenomenon in a hopper with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A bridge prevention device of a hopper includes: a horizontal swing shaft 5 swingably supported around a horizontal shaft center H by an upper member B of a hopper 4; a swing body 6 which has a hanging part 6A connected to the horizontal swing shaft 5 and hanging down toward a discharge port 4B of the hopper 4, and in which swing of a tip of the hanging part 6A acts on a bridge forming place above the discharge port 4B; and a swing drive mechanism for swinging the horizontal swing shaft 5. The swing body 6 swings around the horizontal shaft center H in a range that does not come into contact with an inner surface 4C of the hopper 4. The hanging part 6A of the swing body 6 hangs down toward the discharge port 4B of the hopper 4, and swing of the tip of the hanging part 6A acts on the bridge forming place above the discharge port 4B, so that clogging by a bridge phenomenon can be surely prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
