A plug 5 is provided on the tip of the bristle 2 of the brush, and in the case that the plug 5 is a rotating body, the plug is rotated and the liquid chemical 3 is applied when brushing is performed. In the case that the plug is a bar-shaped body, at the time of hitting and massaging the skin of the head with the brush, the plug is withdrawn and the liquid chemical 3 is applied. Also, the bristles of the brush can be independently exchanged one by one when the liquid chemical is used up.
