The bottom 15 is composed of a flexible EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) sheet which deforms following to the shape of the fishing spot. The side wall section 14 has a bending section 33 bending following to the deformation of the bottom 15. The bottom 15 is composed of the EVA sheet having a 1.3-2.2 mm thickness. The bending section 33 is composed of the EVA sheet and is formed in a shape approximate to an isosceles triangle. The bending section 33 constitutes a part of the side wall 14 and is set to have a thinner thickness than that of the peripheral part (bucket body part 32).
