PURPOSE: To support a wall without making any hole in a brace or hole for a nail in a column by surrounding the column with a column auxiliary material.

CONSTITUTION: A chikuwa-shaped hollow section is a regular square column, a wall connection section 14 connecting a wall 2 is provided, and a resin column auxiliary material 3 having bolt connection hole 15 is formed in the wall connection section 14. The column auxiliary material 3 is divided into two parts by separation sections 16 and, at the same time, buffer sheets 11 and 12 are mounted to the column 1 side of the column auxiliary material 3 with adhesives. In addition, one side of the column auxiliary material 3 is erected along three sides of the column 1, and after the other side is circumferentially provided so that the column 1 is surrounded by the other to fit the separation sections 16 to each other, bolts are inserted into bolt connection holes 17 of the separation sections 16 to connect them, and the column 1 is surrounded by the auxiliary material 3.
