The base end part of each anchor sleeve 18 with its whole length conformed to the thickness of concrete 24 in a preceding process at a construction site or in a precast process in a factory or the like, is stud-welded to a steel frame 16 to place the first stage concrete 24. A reinforcement 25 is connected to the end part of the anchor sleeve 18 exposed to the surface of the concrete 24 placed in the posterior process or precast process, to arrange reinforcements, and then concrete in a posterior-process is placed.
