Title:
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PLAN PROPOSAL SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016130988
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost burden as much as possible in extension or reconstruction of a building.SOLUTION: A building construction plan proposal system calculates a structure and the like of a one-story house 16 of which a room layout is designated, calculates a structure and the like of a two-story structured house having a same room layout in a first-floor part 30 as the designated layout, and calculates a structure and the like of a reinforced one-story house by substituting the structure and specifications of the first-floor part 30 of the two-story structured house 70 for the structure and specifications of the one-story house 16 with the same room layout. Further, the building construction plan proposal system calculates a content of construction and a remodeling work cost necessary for remodeling the reinforced one-story house into the two-story structured house 70. The building construction plan proposal system creates and outputs a comparison table for comparing a construction cost of the two-story structured house 70, a construction cost of the reinforced one-story house, and a remodeling work cost. The arithmetic results and the arithmetic expressions are stored in a storage device until a start period of the remodeling work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
