PURPOSE: To execute a request without using a building facility number, etc., with respect to the requesting system for building facilities in a building management system.

CONSTITUTION: In the system for connecting a communication terminal 3 in each block range through a PBX 4 to a building management system 2 for executing monitoring/control of various building facilities 1 in each block range in a building, so that the building facility 1 in each block range can be requested from the communication terminal 3, the correspondence of a room ID or an area ID for showing each block range and a schedule group for determining each building facility or an operation schedule of the building facility is prescribed by providing a table 5 in the building management system 2, and by inputting the room ID or the area ID from the communication terminal 3, the table 5 is referred to, the building facility in the corresponding block range or the schedule group is inferred and a request to them is executed.
