PURPOSE: To provide a building material composition which can be used as a material for preventing the generation of noise in a way that it is laid on the passage of a building and a road and also used as a soundproof material by absorbing noise in a way that it is used for a floor material and a wall material.

CONSTITUTION: 65-75wt.% crushed rubber chip material and 35-25wt.% aggregate produced by crushing at least any one of wood, shells, pumice, the stem of a sunflower, the stalk of corn, and waste made of synthetic resin are blended together, and 20-30wt.% emulsion resin is blended in the mixture for molding.
