PURPOSE: To eliminate any necessity for securing a bolt holding part to a mounting base plate and improve work efficiency and mounting strength, by molding the bolt holding part to be folded integrally with the mounting base plate, in the case of a mounting metal fixture for mounting a synthetic resin made bumper to a car body.

CONSTITUTION: In a mounting metal fixture 10 for mounting a synthetic resin made bumper to a car body, an extending piece 12 is formed almost vertically from the one side edge central part of a mounting base plate 11 of the fixture 10. Then the extending piece 12 is folded to be erected on a side part 12a of the mounting base plate 11 further folded from a space holding line 12b, forming a bolt holding part 13 in the end part. The bolt holding part 13, almost parallelly arranged to the mounting base plate 11, forms a mounting hole 13a in its central part, and a mounting bolt 14 is inserted through said mounting hole 13a from the inside. By such way, since the bolt holding part 13 is molded to be folded integrally with the mounting base plate 11, the process of securing the both part and plate 13, 11 can be omitted while the coupling strength between the both part and plate 13, 11 can be improved.
