PURPOSE: To enable reliably performing the fitting in such a way that a bracket which connects the bumper side to the fender is made longer, its connecting length is made longer, and the upper end part of the bumper side is supported by means of the bracket.

CONSTITUTION: A bracket 11 is formed to the length of practically the rear half part of a bumper side 2, and it is fixes on a rear fender 5. A connecting strip 10 in the practically rear half part of the bumper side 2 is superposed on the bracket 11, and fixed at the front and rear end parts through a retainer 12 by means of bolts and nuts. Besides, a shelf part 13 is bent and formed integrally turning upward to the length identical to the bracket 11 at the upper end of the bracket 11, and the upper end part 2a of the bumper side is supported at the shelf part 13.
