The sticky note supply device includes: a sticky note holder 31 that detachably holds a bundle 2 of sticky notes having a pile 4 of sticky notes including a plurality of sticky notes 3 whose one end portions are peelably adhered to one another, and a base member 6 formed thick and adhered to the pile 4 of sticky notes via the lowermost sticky note 3; and a sticky note peeling-off means that faces the bundle 2 of sticky notes held by the sticky note holder 31 and peels off the sticky notes 3 one by one from the top of the pile 4 of sticky notes and feeds it forward. The sticky note holder 31 has a base member retention section that holds down the base member against a force of peeling off the sticky note 3, and the base member 6 includes a latch section that is latched by the base member retention section in a peel-off direction of the sticky note 3.
