To prevent the burglary of the cash which is precedently counted, is stored in a storage box and is made to wait for a discharging by constituting the device as that the unfair opening of the shutter of a cash discharge port or the vibration due to a destroying action is detected and the side wall of the discharge port is turned to the shutter direction.

A sensor 4 for opening and closing detection detects the opening/ closing operation of a shutter 1. A rotation mechanism 7 turns the side wall (unopened side plate) 6 of a storage box 8 to a take-out port direction. A shutter upfair opening detection part 11 retrieves whether a state is the state that a shutter opening command is outputted or not when the sensor 4 for shutter opening/closing detection detects the opening of the shutter 1. When the shutter opening command is not outputted, the state is judged to be the unfair opening of the shutter 1 and an unfair opening detection signal is outputted. A burglarproof control part 13 controls a rotation mechanism 7 by the unfair opening detection signal and turns the side wall 6 of the storage box 8 to the take-out port. Thus, paper money can not easily be extracted to prevent the burglary thereof.
