Title:
BURIED OBJECT-INVESTIGATING DEVICE AND DISPLAY PROCESSING METHOD IN IT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3811292
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the surface reflection echo of concrete completely from the echo of a reinforcing bar (buried object) being buried in concrete or the like and then display the reflection echo on a screen.
SOLUTION: A switch 38 is pressed when a fixed cursor F being constantly displayed at a fixed position from the left end (a current display position) P of a screen 34D is located at the middle position between first buried object reflection echoes 18Ae and 18Be and next buried object reflection echoes 19Ae and 19Be while a buried object-investigating device 30 is moving in a traveling direction X, thus changing a B scope display screen 34D (P4) to a screen 34D (P4') where a reflection wave signal at the position (a position where only surface reflection echoes are obtained) of the fixed cursor F is subtracted from total reflection wave signals on a traveling position and hence displaying only buried object reflection echoes 18Ae, 18Be, 19Ae, and 19Be where the surface reflection echoes 20Ae and 20Be of concrete are completely eliminated.
