Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to read all sign characters clearly before service by providing a wall-like three layer polymerized area for every definite space and allowing the three layer polymerized area to have a three layer integrated welded part and printing sign characters only on a print area between folded lines on he upper part of the three layer polymerized area and prohibiting the printing inside the three polymerized area.
SOLUTION: A synthetic resin transparent film 3 is overlaid on the top of a strip sheet 2 made of a synthetic resin cloth. Sign characters 4 are printed on a definite length of a printed area on the bottom of the film 3 before the film is laminated. A non-printed folded allowance 6 with a definite spacing is interposed between the printed areas 5. The strip sheet 2, after laminated, is double-folded from the center of the folded allowance 6 of the strip sheet 2. The double-folded area 7 is polymerized with the bottom of the printed area 5, thereby forming a three layer polymerized area like a wall and a three layer integrated welded area is formed on the three layer polymerized area so that the printed area 5 may be exposed on the top.
