PURPOSE: To efficiently execute total management of a plurality of burn-in boards, and to provide a burn-in board and a management system which can improve the productivity of a desired production process.

CONSTITUTION: A burn-in board 1 is used in a burn-in process of a semiconductor integrated circuit device, this burn-in board 1 is provided with a data carrier 2 and sockets 3. The position of the data carrier 2 is set to be opposite to a read/write head of a charge/discharge unit which uses the burn-in board 1. This data carrier 2 possesses management information such as a data carrier number, a board number, an object product code, a socket data and a burn-in completion time, and such information can be recorded/ reproduced through a management system.
