PURPOSE: To prevent a partial rise of temperature in the circumferential portion of a bushing seat by weldering a cooling segment formed by laminating a plurality of metallic segments while providing a gap therebetween, to the circumferential portion wherein the upper and lower faces of the bushing seat contact the atmosphere.
