Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the calculation accuracy of a work time or work volume in the case where non-routine business in which correspondence between business and performed work is not uniquely determined is included in an analysis object.SOLUTION: A method finds the distribution of words of business from business achievement information obtained by the execution of the analysis object business, and finds the topic distribution of the business from the distribution of words of the business and the distribution of words every topic (212-218). In addition, it finds the distribution of words of one work from work contents information on the one work of which the execution period is overlapped with that of the business, and finds the topic distribution of the work from the distribution of words of the work and the distribution of words every topic, calculates the degree of relation between the topic distributions of the business and the work, adds a value obtained by multiplying the work time of the work by the degree of relation to the work time of the business for each work of which the execution time is overlapped with that of the business, and thereby calculates the work time of the business (220-238).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
