Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the sufficient quality evaluation and realistic operating performance evaluation of a job function without applying temporary processing to the job function for evaluation. SOLUTION: In the duplex configuration together with a communication processing device and a job processing device, one system therein is made into active system device and another system is made into evaluation system separately from the active system. In such a case, an evaluation system communication processing device parallel receives packet data to be received by the active system device by utilizing the HDLC procedures of the low-order layer of an x.25 communication program and performs the total evaluation of the job junction on the basis of these received packet data. Thus, the sufficient quality evaluation and realistic operating performance evaluation of the job function can be executed without applying temporary processing to the job function for evaluation.
