To provide a cabinet constructible at a low cost with a light weight as the whole, easy to carry and install, easily coping with the enlargement.

This cabinet is formed of four side wall bodies 10, 20, 30, a bottom wall body 40, and a ceiling wall body 50. Each wall body 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 is formed of a layered product of inner layer plate 11, 21, 31, 41, 51 and outer layer plate 12, 22, 32, 42, 52 consisting of FRP and an intermediate layer plate 13, 23, 33, 43, 53 consisting of a foamed body, and a timber 27, 37, 47, 57 is interposed between the inner layer plate and the outer layer plate on at least one side of the adjacent parts. The inner layer plate and the outer layer plates are lightweight and inexpensive, compared with those made of stainless steel. The entire strength is ensured by the inexpensive and lightweight timbers. The connection between the adjacent parts can be performed firmly by use of the timbers. The carrying and movement from a manufacturing factory to an installation field can be easily and compactly performed in wall body (panel body) unit.
