PURPOSE: To grip and fix a cable where its position is determined by providing a pulley and a cable fixture, and moving and adjusting the position of the cable forward and backward.
CONSTITUTION: The cable receiver formed of the pulley 1, a cradle for gripping the cable 11, and a screw 3 for fixing the cable is fitted inside a frame 4 to constitute the cable laying anchor. This cable laying anchor lays the cable 11 through the pulley 1, and cables 11a and 11b which are already laid are moved to cradles 9a and 9b and fixed with the screw 3 respectively. Namely, the positions of the cables 11a and 11b can be moved and adjusted forward and backward by utilizing the pulley 1 and the cable is gripped and fixed where their positions are determined. Thus, plural cables are laid and restraived by one anchor.
