An upper presser plate 1 is arranged above cables 70, with lower presser plate 2 and horizontal presser plate 3 arranged below and on the left side/right side of the cables 70, respectively. An interval plate 4 is arranged to keep the gap between parallel cables 7, parallel to the upper presser plate 1 and the lower presser plate 2. Comb-like cuts 1a, 2a, and 4a, having cuts in horizontal direction, are formed at the upper presser plate 1, lower presser plate 2, and interval plate 4. A comb-like cut 3a, being cut in vertical direction, is formed at the horizontal presser plate 3. The cuts 1a-4a are so configured as to engage with each other.
