A grommet 3 comprises: a body section 6 molten and fixed to a sheath 5; and a guide section 7 provided to cover a periphery of a cable 2 extending from the body section 6, provided in tight contact with the cable 2 without being molten or fixed to the sheath 5, and guiding an extension direction of the cable 2 extending from the body section 6. The guide section 7 comprises: ring-like support sections 12 arranged at predetermined intervals in a longitudinal direction of the cable 2; and a coupling section 13 linearly formed in the longitudinal direction of the cable 2, and provided with plural coupling pieces 13a for coupling the body section 6 and the support sections 12, and the support sections 12. When the number of coupling pieces is designated as n, the coupling sections 13 adjacent to each other across the support section 12 are rotated relative to each other by 180/n° in a circumferential direction of the cable 2.
