Abstract:

To provide a verification method for CAE analysis algorithm which verifies the validity more precisely.

In the CAE analysis algorithm verification, positions of actual analysis points to be points more than one including a measuring point positioned on the surface of an actual measuring object are measured by a three-dimensional measuring instrument (S10) and an actual measured value to be a measured value of a specified parameter at an actual measuring point when a load is given to the actual measuring object (S12) is measured. With respect to CAD data of the measuring object, a virtual analysis point is set at a position equivalent to the actual analysis point (S14). Next, on the basis of the CAD data, an FEM model is created so that a node of a mesh is positioned at the virtual analysis point (S16). Then, a virtual measured value to be a value of a predetermined parameter at the virtual measuring point in the case that a load is virtually given to the FEM model is calculated on the basis of the analysis algorithm (S20) and the analysis algorithm is verified on the basis of the obtained actual measured value and the virtual measured value (S22).
