A customer note module 26 enables a customer client 16 to input dynamic and static note data into a web document provided from one web server 42 and to reproduce the dynamically noted web document. A note server 44 stores web documents with notes for extraction due to the customer client 16 and an agent client 14. An agent client note module 34 enables an agent client to input a dynamic and static note into a web document provided from the web server 42.
