PURPOSE: To enable the call control system to cope even with a network having a characteristic different from that of a network considered in the system design with respect to the call control system for a store and forward exchange such as a mail equipment corresponding to various analog networks.

CONSTITUTION: A procedure control section 15 indexes an electric characteristic of an analog network to be connected from a 1st table 131 in a call control management memory 13 based on an external command and sets the value to a 2nd table 132. A hardware control section 14 revises each parameter of an electric signal detection section 11 and a tone detection section 12 based on the value of the electric characteristic read from the 2nd table 132 at the call control by a command of the procedure control section 15.
