A front main lens-barrel 11a of a main lens-barrel 11 whose front is closed is freely rotatably connected to a rear main lens-barrel 11b connected to a camera body. A sub-lens-barrel 18 in a cylindrical shape is attached to one side of the front main lens-barrel 11a by screwing using a helicoid screw 19, and an objective lens 20 is attached to the sub-lens barrel 18. A first optical axis L1 of the objective lens 20 is orthogonal to a second optical axis L2 of an auxiliary lens 17 provided on the rear main lens-barrel 11b. A first reflector 21 and a second reflector 22 are arranged within the front main lens-barrel 11a. Incident light from the objective lens 20 is reflected by the first reflector 21, and imaged onto an imaging surface 3 within the camera body through the second reflector 22 via the auxiliary lens 17.
