Further, an illumination controller 140 controls the number, positions and brightness (illumination) of the lighted lamps 118A-D in a lamp group 120. In other words, when the original feeding speed is fast and the size reduction factor is small (1/24), all switch groups 144 are closed and a light control circuit 142 has maximum brightness. On the contrary, when the original feeding speed is slow and the size reduction factor is large, control for turning off a part of the lamps is executed.
