PURPOSE: To store speech information even when a film is a stationary state by using a photographic film with a semiconductor element where the semiconductor element storing static optical information and also having storage part is arranged, and inputting information from an input means to a write means.

CONSTITUTION: The photographic film 3 with the semiconductor element has the semiconductor element 5 which records static optical information and also stores information regarding the optical information. Optical information on a subject 1 is passed through a lens 2 and recorded at the optical information recording part 4 of the film 3 and speech information, signal information, and character information which are inputted from the input means 6 as relative information are stored on the storage part incorporated of the semiconductor element 5 of the film by the writing means. Thus, optical information on, for example, a bird is recorded on the film and relative information on the song of the bird is also stored.
