This is a lower cap with a comb to be attached to an upper end of a tube container with hair dressing received inside. Two lines of opposite short comb teeth 21 are made to stand with a predetermined distance on an upper face, a flow-out port 16 connected inside the tube container is opened upward on a part of the upper face interposed between both comb teeth lines 21, and a baffle plate 19 is placed just above the flow-out port 16.
