PURPOSE: To solve various demands for smaller size and higher density of electronic components and provide a capacitor having a large capacity in small size and non-polarized and excellent high frequency characteristics accompanying the adoption of smaller-sized and lower weight-oriented equipment or the popular application of automatic insertion.
CONSTITUTION: A lean solvent of polyamic acid is added to a solution which includes a polyamic acid salt on the surface of a further porous conductor so as to produce an electrocoating solution. After constant-current and voltage electrocoating is carried out at the current density of 1A/cm2 and less and a polyamic acid thin film is formed thereon, the polyamide film is formed on the surface of the porous conductor by heating and dehydrating the thin film of the polyamic acid. Furthermore, a conductor film, which forms a paired polarity is formed on the surface of the polyimide by laminating polypyrrole films by chemical oxide polymerization and polypyrrole films by electrolytic polymerization one after another. This construction makes it possible to provide an excellent capacitor which has a large capacity in small size and non-polarized high frequency characteristic and its manufacturing method.
