Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor microphone where output sensitivity is improved by serially connecting multiple capacitor units and also a circuit configuration is simplified.SOLUTION: Load circuits R1-R3 by passive elements are connected between respective capacitor units U1-U4 that are serially connected. Thus, sound signals by the capacitor units are generated in the load circuits so as to transmit the sound signals to the adjacent capacitor units. First and second impedance converters 3a, 3b using active elements are respectively connected to the first capacitor unit U1 and the last capacitor unit U4 that are serially connected. Added sound signals by the respective capacitor units U1-U4 are output by balance from respective output terminals Out (+), Out (-) of the first and second impedance converters.
