Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capillary electrophoresis method and device with a simple structure capable of effectively intermittently taking samples from a plant by simple on-line operation to analyze them and allowing repetition of high-accuracy capillary electrophoresis with a small amount of the sample and a small use amount of chemicals, and provide a plant control method using the method and device.
SOLUTION: Capillary electrophoresis is executed as follows. A sample supply device 1 forcibly feeds a sample 61 through a carrier path 14 into a sample chamber 2 with a cleaning liquid through a segment gas. A sample injection device 3 injects the sample 61 supplied in the sample chamber 2 into a capillary 9, and the capillary electrophoresis is executed, while the sample 61 in the sample chamber 2 is pushed out after the sample injection, the cleaning liquid is lead into the sample chamber 2 to clean the sample chamber 2, and the cleaning liquid in the sample chamber 2 is pushed out with a push-out gas. This operation is repeated.
