Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve strength of a joint between frames, by a method wherein a front, a central, and a rear frame are integrally formed in a way that the end part of the frame is joined with that of the mating frame by fitting. CONSTITUTION:The car body frame 2 of a passenger tractor 1 is formed with 3 parts of a front frame 2A in a body shape in cross section to which a central part 3A of an axle outer pipe 3, a central frame 2B in a box shape in cross section surrounding a thrust shaft 4, and a rear frame 2C in a recessed shape in cross section to which a transmission gear 5 is mounted. The end parts of the frames 2A, 2B, and 2C are joined at J1 and J2 with each other by fitting to integrally form the front, central, and front frames 2A, 2B, and 2C.
