A storage box 21 to store an article such as a child seat 4 is provided near the vehicle, namely the rear side of the vehicle 11, within this parking area. When a user uses the vehicle, they can freely use the article such as the child seat 4 in the storage box 21. The user only needs to store the article such as the child seat 4 in the storage box 21 when returning the vehicle.
