Title:
COIN PROCESSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3203111
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To automatically restore the coin processor by automatically performing the elimination operation of an abnormal state when any abnormality occurs by setting the passing blocking of coins to each output end of a chute groove and the process falling state of the chute groove.
CONSTITUTION: Required time every denomination taken when a normal route is passed is preliminarily set to a control means. As the actual passing required time of a received coin and preliminarily set required time for the coin are collated, the occurrence of an abnormality is automatically detected. As a route for distribution, chute grooves La to Ld where one side ends are in open states are applied. When the abnormality is detected, fed objects are discharged outside the normal route by opening a reject plate 35 which is possible to be opened and closed and the invasions of fed objects to the output ends of the chute grooves La to Ld are completely blocked by the invasions of flappers 36a to 36d. Therefore, because fed objects inviting the cause of the occurrence of the abnormality are completely eliminated by the elimination operation, a state can be automatically recovered to an original normal operation state.
